Chapter 2:

 p. 43  sqrt in (2.1.17) in front of d/dt is wrong (of course)
 p. 44  reference [D10] should be [F10] 
 p. 44  in (2.2.4) division by Delta x (not Delta t)
 p. 45  in (2.2.9) is Delta x missing in the factors b/(2a);
        it should be b*Delta x/(2a) which is the cell Peclet number

Chapter 3:
----------
 p. 74  last "Im" in (3.2.8) must be "Re"
 p. 84  in (3.5.6) definition of "q": "k/2" must be "2/k"
