Seminar im Sommersemester 2012:

Numerische Methoden der Finanzmathematik
Computational Finance

Zeiten

 Seminar   Mi, 14:15 - 15:45   Seminarraum G.15.25    Termin:  wöchentlich ab 11.04.

1. Vorbesprechung:
Dienstag, 3.04.12, 16:15 Uhr, Wicküler Park, 5. Etage, WP 501

2. Vorbesprechung:
Dienstag, 10.04.12, 16:15 Uhr, G.14.02

Diplomarbeit Mai Huong Nguyen, Modeling, Pricing and Risk Management of Power Derivatives in Energy Markets, TU Berlin, September 2010).

  2. Kinetische Modelle des Finanzmarkts
Contagion and herding seem to play an important role in financial crises. The understanding of these phenomena is of paramount importance to develop strategies which help to avoid or counter balance these effects. Financial markets can be described as a many-agent system in analogy to many-particle systems of gas dynamics.
